We're Taking a Taxi from El Centro (south) to Rio Cocoa (North) in Quito Ecuador

Some expats have told us that Quito is dirty and full of garbage on the streets. I don't know what part of Quito they were in, but for a big city, Quito is exceptionally clean. Well here, see for yourself in the video. The taxi driver took us from the Southern end of the city to the northern end for a little over $4.  He did not take the real populated routes but rather drove on the outskirts, by the side of the hill and we were amazed with the beautiful buildings (first world look) and cleanliness of this new part of the city we had never been to before.
