Portugal Is Better than Spain or Italy. Really? Well of  course locals are going to love their own country. But do you see how opinions are there for considering and not for believing? We see this a lot in the VLOG world where Portuguese people say their city is the best for various reasons, Spaniards will say their city is the best and Italians will say Italy is the best and it's all very much subjective. It's best for them, not everyone! Why do we compare anyway? To make something seem better than what we're comparing to. But remember "BEST" is an OPINION which invariably boils down to personal preference.
