Locals 'Kicked Out from their Homes' to Tourists and Foreign Residents (Expats)

In just three years the rents in Valencia Spain have shot up by 60%.  This is happening right now in Lisbon Portugal. This same thing happened in Panama City Panama and other cities around the world.  Displacing the locals is too much of a good thing. The majority of Panamanians have to live 30 miles or more from where they work because they can't afford to live in the city. It's not just a tourist thing either, it's also a expatriation issue where the RAMM's keep pushing tourist traffic and "move abroad" traffic to these same countries promising a cheaper and better life abroad!
