Can RAM go to some developing place and find the lowest priced property on the market and then say, the "place is cheap?". The place may be cheap but property prices, as a whole are nothing but cheap!! Please think about that for a moment. Amazingly, the less expensive property (per foot) is not in a developing country!!!
