We're playing tourist in Cuenca Ecuador today! We went out for lunch and had Chinese Caldo de Pollo and it was different; the Ecuadorian version is better.; and then we walked around about half of the city enjoying all the sights and sounds we miss in Salinas. And then we happened upon some Quail eggs and well the video tells the rest of the story. Suffice to say, we're really having a great time and we're sharing it all with you.
